Nature of Service: BlueGPT operates as an intermediary platform and aggregator service providing access to third-party artificial intelligence models and services. BlueGPT does NOT create, train, develop, control, or maintain the underlying AI models offered through the Website.

The AI services available on the Website (including conversational AI, image generation, and video generation) are developed, trained, and operated by independent third-party providers including but not limited to OpenAI, Anthropic, and other AI technology companies.

Limitation of Liability for AI Services: InspireLabs acts solely as a technical intermediary facilitating access to these third-party AI services. InspireLabs exercises no control over the algorithms, training data, methodologies, accuracy, reliability, quality, or outputs of these AI models.

ALL RESPONSIBILITY for the quality, accuracy, appropriateness, and legality of AI-generated outputs lies EXCLUSIVELY with the third-party AI model providers who create and operate these models. InspireLabs assumes NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER for any aspect of the AI-generated content or services provided by third parties.

Users acknowledge and accept that InspireLabs cannot be held responsible for:

  • The accuracy, correctness, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated outputs;
  • The suitability or appropriateness of AI-generated content for any particular purpose;
  • Any errors, inaccuracies, misleading information, or "hallucinations" produced by AI models;
  • The availability, performance, or functionality of third-party AI services;
  • Any harmful, offensive, defamatory, illegal, or otherwise objectionable content generated by AI models.

Any claims, disputes, or legal actions regarding AI outputs must be directed to the relevant third-party AI provider, not InspireLabs.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

InspireLabs strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information on the Website. However, InspireLabs cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information available on the Website and disclaims all liability for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in such information.
